Open for the 2009 Season
May 31st, 2009 Posted in General InformationThe Wyandot County Museum and the Overland Inn are open for the 2009 season. The Wyandot County Museum is open Thursday through Sunday, May 1 through October 31 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
For the month of May and June, the museum will be hosting a special exhibit: World War II The Human Aspect. The downstairs of the museum will be set up to show the American Homefront while the upstairs will serve as a Holocaust Memorial Exhibit.
The Overland Inn is open Saturdays and Sundays, Memorial Day to Labor Day from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Admission is $2.00 for adults, $1.00 for children ages 4-13, and free for children under 4 years of age. The Wyandot County Historical Society also sponsors special events throughout the year.
