April 6 & 7 (Saturday and Sunday) – Display dedicated to Neil Armstrong’s Life in Upper Sandusky- admittance $10
April 27 (Saturday) – Dance Around the Maypole 10:00 am -12:00 for children ages 6 -8 and their parents in the School House at the Museum – There will be crafts and refreshments – $5 per person – Cancelled

May 16 (Thursday) – 7:00 pm at the Museum -The Life of Edwina Dumm (America’s First Female Political Cartoonist) – Ronald Marvin Jr. (WCHS Director/Curator)

November 8 – 11 (Friday – Monday) – Annual Salute to Our Veterans (Veteran’s Display – (1:00 – 5:00 pm each day)
December 6 (Friday) – View Museum by Christmas Tree Lights (5:00 – 7:00 pm)
December 7 & 8 (Saturday & Sunday) – Christmas Tree Preview Weekend – (Dec 7, 2:00 – 8:00 & Dec. 8, 1:00 – 5:00)
December 10 (Tuesday) – Visit With Santa Claus (5:00 – 7:00 pm)
December 13 (Saturday) – Enchanted Evening at the Museum (5:00 – 7:00) – an evening of food, mocktails, and a display of various historic and modern fashions from area boutiques and the Society’s vintage clothing collection worn by local models. Tickets are $20.
December 14 (Saturday) – Christmas Open House (2:00 – 8:00)
December 15 (Sunday) – Christmas Open House (1:00 – 5:00 pm)
December 22 (Sunday) – Wyandot County Museum Closes for the Season (4:30 pm)
2024 Overland Inn Events
May 11 – Overland Inn Opens for the Season (1:00 pm – 4:30 pm *** Please note! This year, visits will be limited to these dates: May 11 – 12, June 8 – 9, July 13 – 14, Aug. 3 – 4, Sept. 7 – 8, Oct. 5 – 6 and by appointment. There will be special events at the Inn added as they become available.
May 11 (Saturday) – Spring Flower Show 1:00 – 4:30 pm The flower show has been cancelled!
June 8 – 9 (Saturday & Sunday)– Overland Inn open- Wedding Dresses & – Plates Show 1:00 – 4:30
July 27 – 28 (Saturday & Sunday) – An Old Fashion Christmas – Christmas displays from the 1800’s
August 3 (Saturday ) – An Old Fashion Christmas will continue to be on display this Saturday. The Inn will be closed on Sunday, August 4th.
August 24 -25 (Saturday & Sunday) – The Inn will be open for visitors, but the art and craft show is cancelled due to the illnesses of some of the presenters.
September 7 – 8 (Saturday & Sunday)Overland Inn open 1:00 – 4:30
September 9 – 14 (Monday – Sunday) -Overland Inn closed for the fair

All programs will be held at the Wyandot County Museum (130 South Seventh St., Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351) or the Overland Inn (283 State Highway North, McCutchenville, Ohio 44844) unless otherwise noted. The events are open to the public and free except those marked with $$. Donations are always accepted and gratefully appreciated.
